Toro

Toro is an American Traditional tattoo artist from Los Angeles who apprenticed under Tennessee Dave James at West Coast Tattoos on 5th and Main. He has been tattooing since the early 2000’s and on occasion you can fond him tattooing at a Tattoo Expo.
